"Spin City" Stars Present At 'Emmys'
Two of TV's hottest stars from the '80s and '90s have just been confirmed as presenters for "The 52st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards." Former "Spin City's" Michael J. Fox and former "Melrose Place" vixen and current "Spin City" cast member Heather Locklear will join the list of stars set give away the coveted award. Fox spent seven years on the '80s hit "Family Ties," for which he garnered three Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe as the young Republican Alex P. Keaton. Locklear's credits during the decade of decadence include concurrent starring roles on "T.J. Hooker," where she watched William Shatner ride on the hoods of criminal's cars from 1982-87, and the primetime soap "Dynasty." Billy Campbell ("Once and Again"), Jenna Elfman ("Dharma and Greg" ), Thomas Gibson ("Dharma and Greg" ), Patricia Heaton "Everybody Loves Raymond"), Rob Lowe ("The West Wing"), Julianna Margulies ("ER"), Conan O'Brien ("Late Night with Conan O'Brien"), Chris Rock ("The Chris Rock Show" ), Ray Romano ("Everybody Loves Raymond") and Sela Ward ("Once and Again") are also among those scheduled to appear as presenters. "The 52st Primetime Emmy Awards" will broadcast live from Los Angeles' historic Shrine Auditorium, Sunday, September 10 at 8 p.m. on ABC. |
She wasn't nominated for her part on Spin. This means we won't get to hear her say, like all the other losers say, "It's an honor just to be nominated."
