LOS ANGELES - Carol Burnett, "Frasier"'s Kelsey Grammer, Kathie Lee Gifford, "Ally McBeal" star Jane Krakowski, Christine Lahti, daytime diva Susan Lucci, Jesse Martin, Megan Mullally of "Will & Grace", Bernadette Peters, Jack Wagner and special guest star Nathan Lane are expected to appear on The 54th Annual Tony Awards next Sunday.

Previously announced host Rosie Donnell will emcee this year's broadcast live from New York's Radio City Music Hall.
