Q. Kristin Davis looks so natural. What makeup does she wear?
Cloutier makeup artist Terri Apanasewicz, who has worked with Davis, customizes a light foundation by mixing Make Up For Ever Face & Body makeup in Nos. 2 and 3 ($37; 877-757-5175). For undereye circles she uses Shu Uemura Mark Cealer Beige 6 ($19; 888-540-S181). She then dusts on Shu Uemura loose powder ($25) before applying Trish McEvoy cream blushes in natural, peachy tones ($32; 800-431-4306). "I always use powder before blush," she says. "If you apply it after, you lose the dewiness." For a subtle eye look, Apanasewicz uses pinks and browns (like Lorac Amber shadow, $16; 800-845-0705). For a glamorous evening look she uses Revlon Skinlights stick in Natural Light ($14; at drugstores) on lids and Chanel Double Effect eye pencil in jet ($22.50; at dept. stores) along top lashes, blending it out for a smoky effect. On lashes, La Femme mascara ($4; 818-655-9922); lips get Club Monaco Cherub lip gloss ($14; 888-580-5084). "It's a natural color," she says. "Kristin has fine features and pale skin, so a little goes a long way."
