Hi guys:
Thanks to everyone who wrote to me last week to correct me on a couple of mistakes I made. I attributed the "kindness of cheerleaders" quote to Scarlett O'Hara when it was actually Blanche DuBois. Both characters were played by Vivien Leigh so I hope you can understand the confusion. And I had said that Taylor took off to Boston with Michael's unborn baby when in fact Mikey Jr. had already been spawned. Anyway, last week I had said I was going to shut down my site. I was hoping to save the $5/month it costs me for extra storage space and to keep my site advertising-free. But I received tons of mail asking me to keep the site up, so that's what I'm going to do. Heck, what's $5? That don't even buy a six-pack. I'll continue to update the site whenever I can find any information. However, I am discontinuing this mailing list. So you'll have to check my sight Tuesday mornings to see if there are any updates. And a lot of you have asked me whether I would pick up another show. I've had requests to do Ally McBeal, 90210, Party of 5 and even, ack, Felicity. I had initially considered doing Charmed (it's a Spelling show, features 3 babes, bad acting and inconsistent plot points), but I just couldn't bear to watch after six or so episodes. I have decided to create a Martial Law site called Martial Raw. ML features Place alum and megababe Kelly Hu, who you might remember as Andrea, the girl Billy dated when he was in New York. From what I read just hours ago, ML has just undergone some Melrosian changes. Only two of the original five stars will return for next season, Kelly and Sammo Hung. Also returning is their version of "Special Guest Star," Arsenio Hall. I should have the site up in a week or two. And if you want to be on my ML mailing list, drop me a note. Otherwise, thanks for listening to me for the past four years. Stan |
