SEX AND THE CITY • (hbo.com/city) Carrie and company would turn up their noses at this new HBO site's shamefully staid design. Take away the signature Classic Cosmopolitan recipe and lose a few pink hues from the color scheme and you might as well be looking at a website touting tech stocks. Aside from a tour of Carrie's apartment and a cursory catalog of City men, very little of the content captures the spirit of the show. Where's the frivolity? The girlieness? The absurdities? Fans deserve better. B- —Audrey Fan

Information-wise, the site is good. But it doesn't capture the essence of the show. I mean, how good could it be if it doesn't have any parental advisories?
