MARILYN BECK AND STACY JENEL SMITH A GOOD CAUSE: When Vanessa Williams isn't busy with Showtime's "Soul Food" series, she's got her work as the March of Dimes Celebrity Spokesperson for the charity's Healthy Babies, Healthy Futures Campaign to keep her hopping. She says it's more rewarding than she ever imagined it would be, "It's a cause I'm really committed to." The mother of a 4-year-old son, Williams says she hopes her work with the charity "will encourage black women to get better prenatal care." Williams will take time from her series' Toronto set to jet to Los Angeles to host a fund-raiser for the charity on Saturday (6/16) at the Regal Biltmore Hotel.
